5% Buyers Fee on any and all tracts of land. Owner reserves the right to accept or refuse any and all bids on the parcels of land, will be down within 24 hours after completion of auction. We encourage that you read and have the purchase agreement reviewed. Purchase agreement is to be signed on sale day with earnest money made out to: Lindberg Law Office.  $10,000.00 Non-Refundable Deposit on each parcel if buyer does not meet closing obligations.  Farmer currently renting land has until December 1st, 2026 for crop removal. Tillable rent and taxes will be prorated from closing till crop removal (not to be extended past December 1st, 2026.) Current rent is 100.00 USD per tillable acre.
